Tran Ngoc Suong

After 33 years working in Finance, Ms. Tran Ngoc Suong has the experiences from holding multiple positions:

• Finance manager at Sang Ban Mai LLC, one of the first electricity generator companies in Vietnam.
• Setting up and leading one of the top five business units at Prudential Vietnam.
• Head of Retail Banking Operation at ANZ Bank (Australian and New Zealand bank), the second largest foreign bank in Vietnam.
• Vice President at HSBC Bank, Risk Management for all the bank branches – personal financial customers.
• CEO of Finstar Vietnam, a member of the largest private investing corporation in Russia (Finstar group). With the Russian staffs, she set up LCG, which is the proud owner of the DoctorĐồng brand. The company broke even after only 20 months in operation and was one of the first leading Fintech company in online personal loans in Vietnam.
• With the Partners at MUC&P, she utilises all opportunities to support businesses to implement and complete their organizational restructure, risk management or startup. MUC&P grand objective is to provide solutions for remote working so that everyone can balance the three life goals: work – family – and enjoy your life.

Ms. Suong believes that the most critical element in a Company is People. She focuses on creating a harmonized working environment that encourage people pursuit their benefits and unintentionally gain profits for the company as well.

To her, there is no such things as “Customer”, “Competitor” but only “Partners”, meaning she ignores the differences and focuses on harmonization for mutual success.
