Tran Le Thuy

Ms. Tran Le Thuy has more than 20 years of experience in telesales and customer service in multiple fields: FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), electronics, life insurance, finance – banking, education, etc.

Ms. Thuy is experienced in leading sales team with over 500 people. She represented VPBank in cooperation with McKinsey & Company to set the foundation for the Technology and telesales center of VPBank. She was the Director with most sale revenue nationwide at ANZ Bank and the Director with most sale revenue in the Southern area of Vietnam at Prudential.

Ms. Thuy has held critical positions in multinational corporations and big companies in Vietnam such as:

• Branch Manager at Prudential.
• Customer Service Manager at Electrolux.
• Customer Service Manager at ILA.
• Director of the Southern consumer loans department and Telesales Manager at VPBank.
