Pham Tra My

Ms. Pham Tra My has more than 10 years of professional experience in Financial Advisory Services. Spending most of her career in Advisory Services and Assurance Services at PWC (Vietnam) Ltd., she played a role of a Manager with an extensive portfolio covering a number of local and multinational companies in various sectors including banking, retailing, real estate, manufacturing and other sectors.

Relating to financial services industry, My has successfully led her team to deliver:

• Assurance services to Sacombank, ACB and Woori Bank, including Bank Loan Internal Controls testing and Credit Review, and the audits of other financial lines in compliance with VAS and IFRS standards.
• Advisory services including business context evaluation (macro environment, industry growth, competitive landscape), financial projections review, and fair market valuation analysis in different scenarios of two local banks and a local finance leasing company for M&A purpose.

My holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from RMIT Vietnam University, Master Degrees in Financial Analysis and International Business from La Trobe University, Australia and is a qualified member of CPA Australia.
