Ms. Linh has the competency and vast experience in management and banking operation in various departments, such as savings, credits, import and export, treasury, payment, cards; design and build performance management models, quality control and delivery management; process management and enhancement; business transformation including Centralization and outsourcing/offshoring. She was also in charge of support for human resource, accounting, and audit.

Some of her achievements:

• Established and managed the operations of UFJ Bank (Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi – UFJ) in Vietnam.
• Set up Operations Centralization Center at ANZ Bank in Vietnam.
• Transform the internal service to outsourcing service at Finastra in Canada.

She managed and consulted on multiple processes improvement projects that helped reduce costs, improve performance, minimize risks, etc. at banks and leading foreign companies in Vietnam.
